Conti Federal Appoints Matthew Stover as Chief Financial Officer
Conti Federal Services has named Matthew Stover as chief financial officer, adding an experienced finance executive to its leadership team as the federal construction and design-build firm continues to expand its operations and strengthen financial oversight. Stover will oversee all finance and accounting functions at the company and work closely with operational leadership to improve planning, increase efficiency and support long-term, profitable growth. His appointment comes as Conti Federal continues to scale its business serving U.S. federal government agencies.
Chief Executive Officer Pete Ceribelli said the new CFO will play a key role in supporting the company's next phase of growth. "This is an important role to fill as we continue to grow and position ourselves for the future," Ceribelli said. "As we scale, disciplined and forward-looking financial and business leadership is essential. Matt will play a critical role in improving how we plan and execute." Stover brings extensive experience leading finance and accounting organizations across multiple industries, with a background in using technology and financial data to support operational decision-making and business growth.
Most recently, he served as vice president of finance and accounting at Lennar Homes in Orlando, where he helped strengthen financial processes and operational discipline. The company said his work supported the division's efforts to improve execution and deliver consistent project outcomes. At Conti Federal, Stover will partner with the operations team to align financial planning with project execution, helping enhance operational performance while supporting the company's continued expansion in the federal construction market. "Conti Federal has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, mission-critical projects with excellence and integrity," Stover said.
"I'm excited to join a team with such an impressive track record. As the company continues to grow, I look forward to strengthening strategies and operational discipline that support sustainable and profitable growth and exceptional project delivery." Stover earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
